      remote working benefits: health insurance After local HR was hired, we started to see conditions improving

      Cons

      Company wouldn't invest in our business. They kept us for some years, without covering positions, until sales decreased, and whole unit was laid off. No salary increased if you didn't change role. No bonus calculation visibility
