Pros
Some co workers helpful and requesting PTO was not an issue.
Cons
Low pay structure. Was trying to pay 20k less than what I was already making doing the same job when they won the contract. They ended up paying what I made, and made empty promises every year about getting a "good" raise for the hard work they seen I've done. 2 years there was a raise given but it was under 1%. I will never work this company again. If I see HCL listed I will immediately look elsewhere.
