- No to very less Hike - 4% to 5% - No Shift allowance - Oncall allowance is given as per policy but middle level managers Hide it from the employees or it is forbidden - In a 24/7 project mid level manager see the employees as Machines, after completing a week's night shift 9.30PM to 7AM IST ( monday to friday), an employee will be asked to come in Early morning shift 6:AM to 4PM IST, one could calculate the intermediate hours between the shift Changes , when asked they will tell you had 2 days week off which they themselves know that its is NOT; only machines can work like that - Most brutal part is the Rating and recognition system - talk to an employee before joining.
