Pros

1. An exposure to global customers - across the world, but that means you will also have to adjust your working clock according to your client's one. 2. Work-Life balance is pretty much good. 3. You can get a free full body health check-up once in a year at the HCL Technologies campus (HCL health care center) along with your family dependent (parents). If you require to get an additional health check-up it's chargeable. 4. Work life is superb, GYM, Indoor games, AHA services (talent, activities team), No restrictions on dress code but (should be good attire). 5. Good infrastructure 6. Hike is not so good.

Cons

I have been on the bench after joining over a long period of time approximately 8-9 months and some people are on the bench for 2 years. So if you want to work on some real-world problems then it just depends on your mere luck that you will get some project or you will stay on the bench.
