Why I believe that HCL is the worst company ever is because I have signed a contract with them, moved to the location where their client was (another city) and on the first day when I should have started they said that they have an issue with their system, they are it able to create me an account, which is weird.. they said that I am going to work from home for my first week which was fine, but no one called. After a few days I just found out that they DID A MISTAKE and they didn't need me anymore.. after I have spent a lot of money to move to an expensive city on my own expenses. Obviously they didn't pay any compensation. Afterwards they said they have another role in another country and they have scheduled an interview with the team in that country, and guess what? They didn't even call me. Found out later, that they had an urgent issue and they couldn't give me a call just to let me know. I haven't seen a worse management company than this one, maybe you guys are lucky to be able to actually work for them.
