Pros
If you work here, you'll feel like the smartest person on planet earth. Smarter than your entire management tree. If you were born in India and are Male, you have a huge advantage over anybody else in the organisation.
Cons
Micromanaged to the max. Bureaucracy. Very "caste" oriented organisation. Nepotism is rampant. Passive-aggressive and racist company. Incredibly sexist practices. Employee resources are all based overseas and largely unavailable to US based employees. They expect employees to be on calls in the middle of the night (literally midnight-3am often times). They have no concept of, or respect for anybody's time. Management is self serving and fosters a combative morale. Any type of so-called support is slow or nonexistent.
