      Thought leadership of CEO Vineet Nayyar. Flexibility and freedom of work. Innovation and making a difference attitude induced in employees.

      Cons

      Too much control to management. Lack of management graduates at senior level, difficult to set the perspective right for them. Procrastinating attitude and lack of self induced collaboration and team spirit.
