      Pros

      1. People get hired on literally half of the salary then the market standards. Although, allowed to spend their time as suits 2. No new accounts or implementations, Ops deny the change automation ideas, regardless losing contract extension 3. Management and Leadership love people pleasing and "Saheb Culture".

      Cons

      1. Recruiters push the candidate profiles if not able to find more applicants 2. Recruiters misguide the new hires with IJP options 3. HRs don't care about the employees, management can manipulate the policies as suits 4. HRs have their NORMS which are above then policies 5. Leaders think of them self as god's, not just with actions but verbally 6. CTC on paper and net take home has huge difference due to engagement Performance Bonus, Advice is to keep EPB out of negotiated CTC before accepting Offer. 7. DP is the highest rating, which gives an annual hike of 6% 8. Management cares more about customer then employees, even though customer scolds or abuse employees integrity, even HRs don't support the victim employee 9. Don't accept offer for New Vista locations as you might get stuck there forever 10. New Vista locations are based in Tier 2 cities, and CTC is not negotiated as per market/profile/company standards in these locations
