Great benefits, great product, great discounts, great client system

Cons

company preaches empathy but does not practice it, HR needs to be revamped-they do not take complaints seriously and there is no consistency in who has to abide policies, favoritism and politics rampant, closing stores but not placing valuable employees, company becoming too political and worrying about whats happening in the world but not focused on product assortment which is what we need,
