Pros

The people for the most part are amazing. Pay is excellent. The previous and current America CEOs are amazing as well as some corporate teams.

Cons

Gucci doesn't know who they are. Priorities change frequently and leave the stores to attempt to redirect while the support falls short. Regional level management is awful. Store leadership teams are with corporate when things are great but if not we take the fall for them. It is very political and there is no work/life balance. ZERO. I get it it is retail but don't spend so much time talking about how supportive and healthy you are when you cut hiring and build pressure
