Pros

The company is starting to give incentives to the stores who sell the most.

Cons

At first I was excited about uniforms, then I relized this is a Europian company. Everything I wear feels like a smedium. I deal with store operations, stock anything physical and they give me street shoes that hurt my feet and that are really uncomfotable. Im a guy, I dont mind looking good for the brand, but can I please have some comfortable shoes to work in.

Pros

Good discount and benefits. General company values, including social and environmental concerns are a major positive. Corporate training is decent but there is no follow up.

Cons

You have no life other than work. Be prepared to work six days a week; I worked three weeks straight at one point. My manager intimidated every employee; the one person who called into HR was fired (before that she was written up for BS reasons and every work day was hell). We were required to take lunch an hour and a half after arriving for our shift on certain days. Only given one break per shift, if that. Depending on "coverage" we would have wait to use the restroom. Due to my managers crazy personality, sometimes I would hold going pee for an hour and a half so I didn't have to see her.

Pros

Discounts and co workers are great.

Cons

Favoritism, management has no leadership and is to busy with their work and not enough time with their own staff. Training is not provided what so ever. You are to do as your told. Promoting internally to people with no management back grounds what so ever and cannot manage their own staff let alone their team. Long hours sometimes until midnight with little or no consideration for a work life balance. Very disappointed with this group.
