Pros

- Great training, given an extra phone to properly clientele. Plus "LUCE" their tool to help within their selling ceremony is superb; it can scan barcodes, and has a live update of what stores have in stock. - An amazing discount of 50%, sometimes there are incentives for contests for double discount. -

Cons

- Other boutiques were given higher commission rates and hourly wage based on their location. - Micromanaged everyday on every single task. - Management plays favourites and will promote based on that, opposed to work ethic and work put in. - The quality in the product is god awful, you could see up to 10-20 repairs in a single month. - Uniform is uncomfortable, would sweat all the time because the company refused to have an air conditioner unit. (Visit all the stores in the summer you will see external air conditioners) - Demanding in sales goals, with little to no work life balance.
