no pros unless you count the employee discount you can't afford and how the company should be the same in each store but doesn't work that way.

Cons

After dedicating nine years to Gucci, I was let go due to performance metrics that were solely based on sales goals rather than a comprehensive evaluation of my overall contributions. My experience and dedication to the brand were not fully reflected in this decision, as there was little consideration for other aspects of my performance, client relationships, or the challenges within the retail environment. While this chapter has closed, I remain proud of my time with the company and the expertise I gained in the luxury industry.
