Pros

- culture here was good for the most part - nice discount on products and clothing allowance annually - good work/life balance

Cons

- management always getting switched up - silent layoffs - leadership and HR say they care about you but their actions contradict that - everything pipes up to HQ for the final say and they were always very difficult to work with - very limited upward mobility

Cons

- pay for the amount of work you do - micromanaging - hard to sometimes get in contact with direct managers - sometimes hard to please everyone - some career growth but not much.

Pros

Beautiful store and products, full hour lunch break

Cons

Commission structure was recently adjusted following a decline in store sales, which has significantly reduced earning potential for associates. Base hourly pay is low relative to the cost of living, and with current traffic levels it can be difficult to earn a stable income. Client traffic has been slow, making it challenging to meet targets and maintain morale. The environment is highly competitive, and collaboration between team members can be inconsistent when sales are limited. Performance pressure is high, with strong emphasis on metrics and results. Job security can feel uncertain, and management communication around expectations and performance could be clearer. Some employees may perceive favoritism or uneven distribution of opportunities. Collaboration and basic professional courtesy on the sales floor could be improved to create a more supportive environment. Having to work on almost every single holiday even if the traffic is very low on those days.
