      Pros

      After you intern with Gucci, other employers look at you in a better light The management is very motivating, they recognize great work It's Gucci! Who wouldn't be proud to work there? Amazing employee discount... even for interns!

      Cons

      They don't pay interns. Opportunities for advancement are hard to define Things can be very disorganized. The interview process was all over the place!
