Pros

Great brand; in general, most people are friendly and professional. If you work hard, you have a good chance at opportunities. FYI, Marco Bizzarri is the new CEO as of 2015.

Cons

Expect long hours, sometimes extremely so. Comp time is frowned upon. Like most places, your experience here will really depend on who your direct report is, what division you are in & who your colleagues are.

Pros

Great product great discount good people to work with. Company has many good qualities at another location that follow the rules and abide bye what they are supposed to do and the company expectations. In my current location we weren't allowed to have weekends off and our store is open every single day so we were wired to work most holidays if not all.

Cons

Speaking to HR would normally be considered confidential, but with this company that's not the case.
