Pros

Decent commission structure - you can make good money if you hit above your monthly goal. Health benefits are solid and match industry standards.

Cons

Management is clueless and doesn't care about employees. Corporate leadership makes terrible business decisions and creates a toxic work environment. Zero support for employee well-being or growth. Communication is nonexistent - you're constantly left in the dark about changes that affect your job. Upper management is completely out of touch with what actually happens on the ground. Honestly, the worst-run companies I've encountered in luxury retail.

Pros

no pros unless you count the employee discount you can't afford and how the company should be the same in each store but doesn't work that way.

Cons

After dedicating nine years to Gucci, I was let go due to performance metrics that were solely based on sales goals rather than a comprehensive evaluation of my overall contributions. My experience and dedication to the brand were not fully reflected in this decision, as there was little consideration for other aspects of my performance, client relationships, or the challenges within the retail environment. While this chapter has closed, I remain proud of my time with the company and the expertise I gained in the luxury industry.

Pros

Commision is amazing. Thats about it

Cons

Terrible micromanaging "leaders". What sets them apart from any other "Luxury" brand NOTHING. Same bs in all the other brands but far LESS "Luxury". Get use to being treated like you are replicable while managment gets to just sit back and relax and take all the credit. Crazy how you can be working your but off CALLING/TEXTING, clients constantly, bringing in the sales and GET 0 credit from Corporate. A a bunch of mouth pieces with 0 SKILL . High Turn over just like any other brand.
