      -Store manager is immature, lacks emotional intelligence and skills to manage a team- most team leaves because of the manager as impossible to work with -HR doesn’t care about complaints against management -Hard to grow within the business -constantly treated like a child, with management timing how long you take in the bathroom -they don’t believe in growth

      The company really looks out for their own and you truly build a strong family like relationship with your colleagues. Plus, they send you to NY for training which was fun

      Cons

      Only position with the opportunity to make more money in was the sales positions.

      Very lax company and office environment that allows you to be yourself. Many office activities as well. Office space is beautiful and most managers are understanding. The team is pretty close.

      Cons

      They claim there’s opportunities for growth but when the time comes they drag their feet. Bad work/life balance because they want you to give your life to gucci.
