50% Discount in store and tremendous benefits. Literally pay nothing for Medical/ Dental and vision and also offer great employee incentives. Depending on what department you are in, the pay is fairly good as well.
Cons
HORRIBLE HR leaders. Many first time leaders "promoted" subjectively into their roles (Sr. HRBP's given title with no Job Description). HR leaders with little to no practical HR experience (Traditional HR professionals please steer clear as you will find yourself scratching your head constantly) who heavily micromanage your time and task. Toxic work environment where you will trauma bond with colleagues, so you grow very close but at what cost. Diversity talked about but Inclusion rarely felt by disenfranchised groups and Equity is nonexistent (we all remember the sweater from 2019). There is no work life balance whatsoever be it in corporate or retail. I was told to ensure my work cell was with me the day after Christmas because, "our stores are open!" Cliquish atmosphere with heavy favoritism for Armani Crew. Simply google top HR leadership and results will tell you all you need to know.
