Pros

Discounts and co workers are great.

Cons

Favoritism, management has no leadership and is to busy with their work and not enough time with their own staff. Training is not provided what so ever. You are to do as your told. Promoting internally to people with no management back grounds what so ever and cannot manage their own staff let alone their team. Long hours sometimes until midnight with little or no consideration for a work life balance. Very disappointed with this group.

Pros

The benefits package medical, dental, pet, 401k, etc.

Cons

Where should I begin? There is absolutely NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!!! The office is full of lazy people with titles. Most of the people running the call center came from the boutiques and they have no clue how to run a call center. Very little transparency, if you're not a top seller they do not see your talent. Yet, this is a call center taking complaint after complaint. You should be recognized for great customer service, if you are not a favorite there is no recognition for your work.

Pros

Staff Discount is generally, Good compared to other luxury brands- (that’s the only reason why people stay for as long as they do- even HR partners abuse their staff discount!)

Cons

Terrible management from Team Managers to Store Directors to HR to CEO….. the company some how had a great way of hiring all the wrong people for all the important roles. The Gucci marketing is very good- it sparks conversation and confusion-in the way that it’s fun to read in a magazine, but working for the brand and trying the sell the things it advertises…. Let’s just say things aren’t flying off the shelves and you’ll be standing there in a hate crime of a uniform begging for a sale (and you’ll end up just selling a piece of silver jewellery to a 13 year old for the entire day)
