Work/Life Balance, schedules not bad (in the headquaerters).

Cons

Old fashion businesses and company culture. Not dynamic and not updated to nowadays world and preferences of the customers. Struchtural problems, decreasing businesses year after year...for piracy, customers changing preferences, etc. If you work as a commercial/ salesman, the timetables are really ugly and not good compensations

Bad work enviroment, not taking care of their workers, a lot of fights between departments... Overtime every single day, because is what they expect from you... bad culture
