The company is solid, stable, and risk-averse. This is a great place to get an introduction to biopharma, as the development pace is slow enough to allow questions and learning. The RTP facilities are unique in that all steps of the process are done in-house, so one can get exposure to bench, pilot, and production scales in a single role.
