      More hours then you will ever want

      Cons

      Below average pay, not enough time off, They want quantity over quality and they do not care if it jeopardizes your own certifications. Management has zero true medical background or experience. They promote and cross train based on popularity. When management is upset with you they find creative ways to punish you such as keeping the floor at max patient ratio so you can not even use the restroom.

      Flexible schedule Decent benefits and PTO

      Cons

      Bad management. They want the number of donors to increase no matter what, to the point where they are putting pressure on employees to allow people to donate when they shouldn't, which is unethical and illegal but it's never in writing so they get away with it. Pay is not competitive for paramedics

      The company has begun to worry so much about competitors that they've forgotten how they succeeded in the first place - learning to take care of their people.
