The Diagnostic division hasn't had a strategy in decades, all decisions are taken by family in Barcelona without any idea what the business is about, acquisitions make no sense, US leadership has no power, employees are very poorly treated while the company claims to care about them.

International company, great employees, and a very respectful culture.

Cons

Salary and benefits are sub-standard, very bureaucratic, and very stingy. Decisions are made by the Grifols family. Managers have little power or influence to make even basic decisions without approval of a small group of senior executives in Barcelona.
