      Pros

      They always have a tshirt give away. The company does attempt to do fun marketing opportunities but with all the work in the center it is hard to fulfill every desire coming from upper management (corporate).

      Cons

      Constant badgering to improve donations. No help from HR with holding people accountable and receiving disciplines. Everyone knows you literally have to kill someone to get fired so everyone does what they want.

      scheduling, small center, hours, good teamworkers

      area where center is located isn't the greatest, donors are rude, donors receive more bonus money than the employees working there
