      Some friendly staff and friendly donors. The job was interesting and fun.

      Cons

      I feel like there was A LOT of drama between a few co-workers. I didn't feel like I was getting paid enough for the work I was doing when I was working. Corporate sets unrealistic goals and expectations on centers and staff, this increases burn out of good employees and turn over rates - which is still seen today.
