      Pretty much had no life outside of work, stressful due to management & their quotas, time off is a disgrace

      My direct coworkers were kind, helpful, small family type of environment, hard working, devoted to their jobs, great training coordinators.

      Cons

      The paid time off/sick/vacation time isn't even 10 days a year yet the company expects you to work 7,8,9 days consecutively and then rarely get 2 days off in a row! A lot of pressure from upper management on throughput times, the more you give, the more they demand. This job would make me have a mental breakdown at some point if I stayed. Morale is low even though the employees are not showing it...management couldn't care less.
