      Pros

      Although this is a for profit company, it makes life saving medications. It's great that we are helping the donors make extra money as well as saving lives with the medications made from plasma. The growth ability with this company is awesome, there is always room to grow and make more money.

      Cons

      The company is open 7 days a week and when we are short staffed we have to work harder and longer hours to keep up. The turnover rate is not great.

      The money is great for the physical tasks needed to succeed and the benefits are great for full time employees. Paid time off is available and generous

      Cons

      You are responsible for successes or failures whether or not you have any control over outcomes. The constant stress worrying about losing product and return business is excessive at times and upper management and corporate support do not seem to care much unless successes are reached
