      work/life balance is the only good thing about this company

      Cons

      Worse company ever. Very, very poor leadership. High turnover and no one there is happy with their job. Compensation is very low and the office politics and gossip will make you want to bang your head on the desk. Very disorganized with no direction. Leaders are extremely removed from what employees really think about the company and are very shady. Will lie to you at all cost to get what they want, cannot be trusted. This company is a sinking ship...run away quickly!

      Competitive salary, 401K, wellness incentive program, continued investment in the site, plasma protein therapies with a proven track record, employee pride and dedication.

      Cons

      Loss of Easter holiday. Mandatory PTO in July for some departments, but not all. Too many middle managers and supervisors with different opinions on how things should be done which is wasteful of time and resources as well as frustrating for subordinates.
