      Good company to work for, but work/life balance isn't the greatest or good

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Good benefits and pay if you work for it. Cross train in other departments. Ability to advance.

      Cons

      Standing on your feet for your entire shift. Constant changes to your schedule, never depend on it staying the on any day. Working holidays except Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years. Corporate sees you as a number, don't know the names of there employees, only a few follow the rules and get in trouble and the ones who are in good with management can get away with anything and everything. Operation supervisors have there own way of doing things when it has been made clear by upper management wants it another way. Lack of communication.

      Pros

      Great benefits and retirement enjoyed working with the public cause you get to see all walks of life benefiting from donating and there plasma used to help save a life in this world and in this day and time. It's a great company to work for u get paid double for holidays

      Cons

      The only thing I didn't like wasn't the companys policies it's working with coworkers who didn't work as hard as you perform and get paid the same amount of money
