      Pros

      Opportunities are arising constantly. Potential growth for those with degrees. Pay is somewhat competitive. Useful for gaining experience while obtaining degrees.

      Cons

      Promotions are catered to those who brown nose the best. Not necessarily who is most qualified. During the pandemic, techs were working months nonstop while management stayed home. Upper management received bonuses while techs did not receive bonuses nor a raise. Degrees do not necessarily help with position catering.

      *Receive the sense of accomplishment as we treat chronically ill patients * They dont fire anyone... could be viewed as a good thing. NC or Spain

      Cons

      1st) Fire the lazy people who are just clocking in, while a few individuals are managing the US business with unreasonable hours, people get really overworked as Spain does not understand US unemployment challenges 2nd)NA commercial has so many mid / high level marketing directors... only 40-50% are really necessary

      Pay is decent Benefits are okay

      Cons

      They took away our cost of living yearly raise and cut our bonus down due to “covid” and the other two manufacturing plants being closed a lot. But we picked up the slack from them and we’re open the whole time during covid. Two shutdowns a year , if your new it uses half of your EARNED PTO. they don’t pay you for shutdown without you using your earned PTO.
