      Pros

      Great team. They all welcome me me and I can’t be happier. I’m learning so much and have room to grow and learn new things. Flexibility is great and it is a family oriented place.

      Cons

      I don’t really have any but I will say some of the lab instruments are archaic and should be updated but they still work just fine.

      Slow paced since European company. Decent work life balance

      Cons

      Toxic culture- favoritism based on ethnocentric values and lot of yelling between staff . Managers yelling at employees and employees yelling at each other. Lots of bullying. Not much room for advancement
