      They don’t trust on their process. Too much paperwork. Rude and arrogant managers /supervisors and so on. Unbalanced work life

      Love working with my fellow co-workers

      Cons

      It is very fast paced. Everyone wants you to help in their areas. The company just cut my position but allowed me to stay on in my previous position with a10% pay cut. This puts me at less pay than if I had never taken the promotion. Yet I still have to do all the extra duties of the supervisor position. This has taken place over the whole company. This is part of the 2 CEOs process of making the company more profitable. This is sad. It used to be very good.
