Vacation and benefits are excellent, 4% 401K match, 3% profit sharing, bonus opportunity, cafeteria on site, friendly co-workers.
Cons
Grifols purchased Talecris Biotherapeutics and is systematically tearing down everything that was created to male it a great company. Grifols was a smaller, Spanish, family run business that was lacking in all functional areas and doesn't understand the importance of accounting controls, documented policies and procedures, financial analysis, and robust business systems. Everyone from the legacy Talecris group is disappointed with the changes.
