competitive salary, patient first, and positive overall atmosphere

Cons

treatment varies depending on dept, office staff genrally treated better or have lesser constrainst incomparison to floor staff. for example, contrats are the same yet floor staff are mandated to clcok in and out including breaks whereas office staff are free to come and go with no monitoring.
