      Pros

      The Grifols family is wonderful, their leaders in the U.S.,not so much. Although the focus on work/ life balance is great. Good values there at least.

      Cons

      You will only do well if you never stand up for what is right, slide things under the rug and say yes to everything your manager asks you to do. Such a model is set from the U.S. CEO on down.

      Depending on what you want, this job can be great or a drag

      Pros

      For the things you have to do as a manufacturing tech 1, you're getting paid well. Often times you do work that is mundane and to be paid (starting off, with a bachelor's degree) $18/hour is nice. It's easy work for that pay

      Cons

      On the contrary, being paid $18/hour sometimes feels like not enough. If you make $18/hour here, it will come out to closer to $45k/year with some overtime through out the year. Doing this job makes you feel like you've wasted your time and money getting a college degree because of the type of work you're doing. I often think about wanting to transfer to a different department/job position or leaving the company for another job. Although there is "room for advancement," that pretty much gets you to supervisor which starts off at $67k/year (not including incentives/over time). If you've worked at the company for 20 years and are a supervisor, you're making between $85k-$95k/year. Getting past this point (supervisor) to becoming a manager or higher is extremely difficult.

      -Great place if you simply need a paycheck -Fantastic if you have no desire to move upward -Great for those who like silos -Wonderful if you have no ambition and don't like to exert yourself -Excellent case study if you want to learn how not to run a business

      Cons

      -Pay is low to moderate -Little ambition in senior management; there are occasional bright pockets, but they generally don't last long -Low IQ or EQ among most of the Executive Team
