Pretty strong buddy boy system and conflict of interest. leaders progression story just kind of make you question how much effort the company puts into getting the right people. two cases: 1. i know of a director (well known for having anger issues), who 5 wks prior to getting promotion, threw a glass object at a floor worker. That same director, also had a husband at the time who was the director of IT, at the same location. 2. i know of a individual who went from lead to supervisor in 1 year, was promoted by their former supervisor who now was manager at another site (who pulled that individual to her new location), and that manager was bridesmaid at that new supervisors wedding 3 months prior to promotion.
