Pay is not great, I don't think they pay enough for the labor and stress we deal with on a day to day basis. Management was very unprofessional. (Seattle location) They don't really listen or take action to issues that are brought to them. Turnover rate is really high, so it's a lot of stress due to shortness of staff. People call in often (or don't even show up) people quit left & right, so you'll see new people all the time. It's a lot of repetitive work, you do the same thing over and over again, all day. Not everyone works hard, there are slackers that have been there for a long time and they don't get in trouble or any kind of discipline or corrective action plan because of favoritism. Overtime is nice, but when it's too much overtime it becomes very draining. You're on your feet all day sometimes over 12 hour days. there is no "set schedule" so your hours are pretty wacky. One day you'll be closing getting off around 8:30pm the next day you could be opening @ 6:30am. On top of that you might have to stay later due to short staffing.
