Management are non existent until something goes wrong when they show their true colours by blaming and belittling staff until they dissappear only to be seen again for the next berating. Have seen a number of colleagues reduced to tears. Seem bewildered when mistakes occur when they show no help or guidance in how to fix and prevent the same problems in the future. Benefits package is poor to non existent. Overall a toxic blame culture with no encouragement when doing well. Bonus is laughable and the way it is calculated is shady and non-transparent. People don't stay long as they are so undervalued and underappreciated. Huge turnover in the last 2 years with no signs of improvement. Avoid at all costs.
