      Pros

      Grifols Dublin is a good place to work with excellent opportunities. Capacity of the current building is growing and with a new purification plant under construction Grifols Dublin has a long future. Good Salary (comparable with competitors) Excellent holidays 25 days per year Excellent Healthcare (Only covers employee though) Great department team building activities. Speaking with Spanish Colleagues most are with the company 10+ years. Loyalty is rewarded

      The canteen could and will need improvement as numbers increase. Sometimes we can be lead very heavily by our Spanish colleagues. Some key departments missing (IT and regulatory). These are managed through Spain
