      - Easy work - Decent Benefits - Nice coworkers

      Cons

      - Pay is only average - Product is just so so - Hard to get promoted because of spain - Social events got cut

      Pros

      Everything about this place is entry level. Interviews weren't bad. Good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is severely lacking compared to other companies doing the same thing. Management has a tendency to hire and promote friends over best and most knowledgeable employees. Sweeping problems under the rug is common. Other than these, just the typical office and corporate problems like finger pointing and lack of accountability.

      Best Company in the Plasma Industry- not worth it

      Pros

      Decent pay, only need a high school diploma and can climb to middle management, on the job training, not difficult work.

      Cons

      Work every holiday. Work weekends. Very early or late shifts. Stressful job. Really crummy. Donors get angry, every error is major because it's such a finely scrutinized business by regulatory agencies. Not good work-life balance.
