Leadership empowers teams to own their work, experiment, and execute -- accountability and autonomy go hand-in-hand. Very international and multicultural team -- you will travel the world if in the right function. Always new challenges and opportunities to stretch, lead and grow.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense and may not suit those looking for a 9 to 5 job. As with any high-growth company, some internal processes and systems are still catching up to the scale of the business. But there's openess to feedback and a sense of urgency to establish needed structure.
