Pros
Positively minded employees, talented colleagues (in some teams, not most).
Cons
I work in Cloud, hence, this review might not reflect other teams within Google. The culture at Cloud is up or out, except there is nver enough budget/promotions to secure the up path for bright employees, ultimately leading to burnout. Additionally, the "strategy" teams spend most of their time in low impact Operational tasks. Overall, this is a great place to come, do the bare minimum, learn corporate jargon all while securing a slow and stable career growth.
