      Pros

      Awesome food, great salary, wonderful coworkers. Lots of room for a self-starter to advance. Promotion can be quite rapid if you are determined and this is your goal. None of the cost/benefit approach to IT that you see at a lot of other companies.

      Cons

      Management can be clueless or absent at times. It can take a lot longer to get things done than you expect.

      Pros

      The spirit is unbelievable, with exceptionally smart and open-minded people from a large variety of backgrounds. A place where you can feel smart and relaxed at the same time, and where you can express your creativity.

      Cons

      Too few career perspective within the Paris office at the time, but this might have changed in the meantime as I've heard the Paris office was growing.

      * Best, smartest people * Competent management * No redtape, low bureacracy * Great products - really gives the joy of work * Low stress, no rush * Good compensation * Work/life balance and overall healthy atmosphere

      Cons

      * Flat structure - difficult to grow into management * It's so good that it makes it difficult decision to leave for a startup
