Pros
It's a very comfortable place, depending on the team. Generally a better WLB than most other 'elite' industry--finance, consulting, law, etc.
Cons
Honestly, it's a very comfortable place. So, if you're craving something more than comfort or that's the anti-thesis of comfort (or requires you to get get outside of your comfort-zone), you might want to look somewhere else. That said, if what you're optimizing for is a comfortable, high-paying, high-prestige job, I'm not sure that it gets any better than this.
