Great compensation (90 to 95th percentile of the market). Amazing benefits (50% 401k match, free food, free transportation, transportations supplement, free phone, massages, pay for your internet, and a lot more.

Cons

Company is so large it is easy to feel you're a tiny part of it. Progression is pretty difficult. Company likes to underlevel people (bring them in at a level lower than they should be). Promotion timelines are long.
