      Awesome people to work with and latest technologies

      Pros

      Good projects, posibility to travel, smart people. Within a few months inside the company I got to travel to the States for a few months. It was a really good experience since it was the first time that I went there.

      Cons

      Poor salary. And once you enter the company with a bad monthly income its nearly imposible to increase it unless you quit and go to another place just to came back later. They might give you a 20-30% raise, but if the base salary is bad then it wont help much.

      Pros

      Globant has some interesting projects that can help further your career. You have some benefits like being able to work remotely and having some office amenities available like entertainment centers and music instruments.

      Cons

      Management is only interested in margins and profits. Everything is measured in hours, and they sell you a culture about being technology driven and a fun place to work that is basically just smoke and mirrors.
