      Pros

      You can work from home, pretty flexible work in terms of administrating your time. There are many travel opportunities. Good salaries. It has a very good working environment, you get to work with clients based on the US.

      Cons

      Some roles are not well defined. Sometimes people can spent quite a long time unassigned, depending on the project extra hours can be required.
