      It has a very nice environment to work, autonomy of your time, can do working from home when ever I want, have great working conditions and facilities. the salary is competitve.

      Cons

      Is not that easy to get promotions or a salary raise once you are in.

      Pros

      This company offers grow opportunities but you need to develop your soft skills and work hard to get them. It gives you the liberty to use your criteria as you grow in team leadership.

      Cons

      Wage is low. Sometimes it's not very clear who's in charge. There's no clear career path. There's no guideline as to how a team should be organised. Poor structure and infrastructure. High employee turnover.

      Pros

      Interesting projects for Fortune 500 clients. A lot of very capable people. A GREAT place to learn tools and methodologies. Ultra flexible working conditions for most positions.

      Cons

      Below average compensation. You have to fight for every rise (NOT COOL on a country with 30% inflation rate). It can get beaurocratic for some things. Some projects are understaffed or badly estimated and then the people working on it will have to run extra to make it work.
