      Great time builder and lots of opportunities if you like to travel

      Cons

      If you don’t like staying on the road for long stretches, you’ll have to plan way ahead to get approved days off, unless it’s an emergency.

      Great sense of camaraderie and teamwork across the entire company.

      Cons

      The only downside is that the pay is far below average for the industry and even for the area. Therefore many of the people working there are lower-level or entry-level employees who will work for less than they're worth.
